Refund policy

Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on this website. All refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which this document mirrors in full. Paddle processes all refund requests on our behalf.

 

1. Our Refund Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product purchased from NextLevel Plans, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below. We offer refunds in good faith and aim to resolve all issues fairly.

 

2. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

 

3. Eligible Reasons for Refund

You may request a refund for any of the following reasons:

       The product was not delivered or you did not receive access after purchase

       The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase

       The product is defective, broken, or non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue

       You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charges)

       An unauthorized transaction was made using your payment method

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

       You have changed your mind after purchase and the product has been delivered and accessed

       You claim you did not intend to purchase, but the product was successfully delivered and accessed

       The product has been partially or fully consumed, downloaded, or used

       You are requesting a refund after the 30-day window has elapsed (unless required by law)

       The issue is caused by your own hardware, software, or internet connection incompatibility

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the following method:

Please include the following in your refund request:

       Your full name and email address used at checkout

       Your order number or transaction ID

       The date of purchase

       The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary by payment method and financial institution (typically 5-10 business days).

 

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at sajjad@xenonads.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and access to purchased products. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe was filed in bad faith.

 

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a subscription-based digital product:

       You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sajjad@xenonads.io

       Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

       No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period

       If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the service, you may request a full refund under the terms of Section 15

 

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In particular:

       EU/UK consumers: You may have a right to a 14-day withdrawal period under the Consumer Rights Directive. This right may not apply to digital content that has been made available and you consented to immediate delivery.

       Australian consumers: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy.

       US consumers: Your rights under applicable state consumer protection laws are preserved.

If applicable law provides you with stronger rights than this policy, those rights will prevail.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter directly to Paddle at paddle.com/legal. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle has final authority over refund decisions for all transactions processed through their platform.
